1. Scope of Application
We exclusively accept returns/exchanges for transportation-related damages occurred during . All other circumstances (including but not limited to product selection errors, non-defective items, or change of mind) are not eligible for return.

  • Open package in presence of carrier staff when possible

  • Submit HD photos showing:

    ▸ Clear visibility of batch number (located inside glove)

  • Provide unedited unpacking video (continuous shot from unboxing to damage discovery)

  • Report within 3 calendar days from delivery date

  • Physical return must be initiated within 14 days after claim approval
